1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of NexLink — the platform, the agents, and everything they do on your behalf. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use NexLink for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You need accurate information and a secure password. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per seat; your plan defines how many seats, which modules, and whether you use your own domain and email.

3. What NexLink does

NexLink provides AI agents that create, publish, send, schedule, and charge — always within the permissions you grant. Agents ask before decisions that are yours. You review and approve; approved actions are executed on your behalf and are your responsibility.

4. Your content and your business

Everything you create on NexLink stays yours — pages, content, customer lists, sales data. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service (host, process, display, back up). We never sell your data or use it to train models for other customers.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity.
• No spam — agents send messages only to people who expect them.
• No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• No use that harms your customers or misleads them about who is acting.

6. Payments and plans

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly, in advance. You can change or cancel anytime; changes apply at the next cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Third-party payment processing is handled by our payment partners under their terms.

7. Termination

You can delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that break these terms — with notice, except in serious cases. After deletion, your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

NexLink is provided "as is". Agents work from the context you give them; you are responsible for reviewing what you approve. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use NexLink after that means you accept the new terms.
