Cookie policy

Updated: July 20, 2026

We use as few cookies as possible, and none for advertising. Here is the full list, what each one does, and how to delete them.

1. What cookies we use

  • Essential — sign-in, security, remembering your workspace. The product does not work without them.
  • Preferences — theme, language, and interface choices.
  • Analytics — first-party, aggregated usage measurement to improve the product. No cross-site tracking.

2. What we don’t do

No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No selling or sharing browsing data. Sites you build on NexLink set only the cookies you configure for them — you are responsible for disclosing those to your visitors.

3. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner on first visit, and change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy → Cookies. Your browser can also block or delete cookies — the product keeps working, you just sign in more often.

4. Cookie data deletion

Non-essential cookies expire within 12 months at most; analytics identifiers rotate every 90 days. When you delete your NexLink account, all cookie-linked identifiers tied to it are deleted with it — within the same 30-day window described in the privacy policy. You can also clear them immediately: reject cookies in Settings and delete them in your browser.

5. Changes

If the cookies we use change, this page is updated and, for any new non-essential category, we ask for your consent again.
